Stargate Atlantis!
Jan. 20th, 2007 05:24 pmI've spent the better part of my day watching SGA season 1 (not done yet), but there are two things that keep... intruding.
The first is the memory of
soupytwist on a street in Boston, bouncing up and down and squeaking excitedly while telling me about SGA. To be honest, I don't remember much of what she said, nor did I at the time understand half of what she was telling me - and I vaguely remember
aneli8 telling her to calm down - but I remember the exciiiitemeeeeent and now I can TOTALLY SHARE IT OMG OMG OMG!
The other thing is, well, I keep imagining Rodney and John in all sorts of compromising positions, and I believe this is mostly
mrsronweasley's fault. I look forward to reading the fics. :P

Date: 2007-01-20 07:13 pm (UTC)They need to work on Teyla's dialect/annunciation/grammar (linguistics?) whatever. I don't like it! Her words are so choppy; she speaks as if she was a machine (like Data from Star Trek). Other than that she's pretty cool. However, Dr. Wier just never came across to me as a leader. She doesn't project leadership at all. I liked the original Dr. Wier first introduced in Stargate SG-1.
